Inside my private community, we talk about realistic ways to support your body and nervous system without going out of your way or overhauling your entire life. We focus on simple, doable shifts that fit into real life — not perfection. You’ll learn about herbs and supplements, gentler and healthier ways of eating, and practical tools that help your body feel safer, calmer, and more supported. Everything is shared in a clear, down-to-earth way so you can start feeling better right away, at your own pace.

After spending years going to doctors for things that should have been simple to resolve — and repeatedly feeling dismissed, unheard, or told everything was “normal” — I realized something important: if I wanted to feel better, I was going to have to take my health into my own hands. I became deeply committed to understanding my body and finding solutions that actually worked in real life.

That curiosity turned into extensive self-study and research. I began learning from respected naturopaths, including Barbara O'Neill, and immersed myself in the world of herbs, supplements, tinctures, and practical wellness tools that made a noticeable difference quickly — without daily medications or completely disrupting my routine. I also spent a full week studying with Barbara O’Neill, learning holistic approaches from head to toe, covering how to support the body through everyday choices around eating, sleeping, and living.

I’m a Reiki practitioner and holistic wellness practitioner, and my approach blends physical, nervous system, and energetic support in a way that’s grounded and accessible. I know how discouraging it can feel to be let down by the healthcare system, and my goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies, feel more like themselves again, and regain confidence in their own ability to heal — gently, sustainably, and on their own terms.
