Our minds are incredibly powerful, and the stories we tell ourselves significantly shape our lives. Often, we are our own harshest critics, and we deserve kinder, more empowering self-talk.

At this event, no experience is required. We will have a brief overview of the root chakra and then move into a gentle guided meditation where we will ground ourselves and release whatever blockages we may have using the power of affirmations and the mind to align this important energy center. This will help to release limiting beliefs and ensure our sense of safety and security so we can come out of it feeling lighter and have a more positive outlook on whatever situation we are in in our lives.

We will conclude the event with a harmonious sound meditation to move along any energies that may still be stuck and need to pass through.

Energy permeates every aspect of our existence, shaping our moods and influencing the dynamics of what we draw into our lives. And in order to be in control of what we want and what we attract, we need to understand how it works within us.

The power of sound vibrations is remarkable; they travel most efficiently through water. Given that our bodies are predominantly composed of water—about 70%, in fact—immersing ourselves in high vibrational music during a sound bath facilitates profound healing experiences.

Studies have demonstrated that crystal bowls possess incredible healing properties, including the ability to lower blood pressure, enhance sleep quality, alleviate anxiety and stress, and induce a profound sense of calm.

Jono will be your Reiki Master & Guided Meditation Instructor for the evening, and Lital will be your Sound Healing Facilitator and hostess.

🌟What you need to bring: 🌟

Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey. Sweat pants or yoga pants are recommended.

Space is limited so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance. Tickets may be available at the door via zelle or venmo only for $49 but it is not guaranteed. It is recommended to buy your ticket in advance.

The event will begin at 8pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors will open at 7:45pm. We will need to lock the doors at 8pm.

Parking: There is PLENTY of parking so please do not worry.
