Our minds are very powerful and what we tell ourselves has such a huge impact on the outcome of our lives.

Join us as we go within to release what has been holding us back. Limiting beliefs, fears, stress, anxiety.

All of these things hold us back from reaching our highest potential. In this Reiki Guided Meditation, we will start to release these negative thought patterns so you can live a more calm and stress free existence.

Anxiety and stress is more common than you know and it is nothing to ever feel bad about. Anxiety is how our bodies learned to respond to stressful situations. So lets teach our bodies a better way to respond so we can make sure that anxiety is a part of our past, but not our future.

While Lital is guiding you through the meditation and short sound experience, Jono will be performing Reiki on each person individually to help push along any stuck energies that are keeping you in that fearful state.

Reiki is an ancient healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch or above body channeling, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

What to bring: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you need to feel your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

The guided meditation will begin at 5pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
