Relax & Revitalize Sound Bath

Whether you are interested in meditating, manifesting, releasing old energies, or just taking a nap, sound baths are the best place to do all of these.

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort.

The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

The sound bath will begin at 6pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.

We will be located in the yoga room for this event. When you enter the building, the yoga room will be on your left side through the gift shop. I can't wait to see you all!

**Ticketing is on a tiered system for the Early Birds who buy their tickets in advance. The sooner you buy your ticket, the lower the price.
