Reiki Sound Experience with Lital & Tina after the Full Moon

This event is all about you! 

Whether you are interested in meditating, manifesting, releasing old energies, or just taking a nap, sound baths are the best place to do all of these.

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort.

The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

Reiki is an ancient healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

This paired with vibrational sound therapy is a wonderful way to restore harmony to the body, mind, and spirit, through the use of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more.

Join us as we create the safe space for you to come in and heal whatever parts of you that may be out of alignment. Lital will be the sound facilitator for the evening playing different types of instruments to help move different stuck energies, and our Reiki Master, Tina, will be our Reiki facilitator for the evening using her expertise in energy movement.

What you need to bring:  Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

The sound bath will begin at 5pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.

**We will be located in the yoga room for this event. When you enter the building, the yoga room will be on your left side through the gift shop. I can't wait to see you all!
