Lunar New Year Harmonic Vibrational Experience

The Lunar New Year symbolizes the end of a lunar cycle and the beginning of a new one. This is the New Moon in Aquarius and it occurs when the moon aligns with the sun in the zodiac sign of Aquarius. This celestial event represents a fresh lunar cycle and is a potent time for new beginnings and intentions as this is the begining of the new lunar year as well. Aquarius, an air sign, is associated with innovation, individuality, and humanitarian ideals. The New Moon in Aquarius holds a unique energy for embracing personal freedom and breaking away from conventional norms.

Whether you are interested in meditating, manifesting, releasing old energies, or just taking a nap, sound experiences are the best place to do all of these.

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are made of about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort. This allows the energy to flow freely through the body creating a serene effect on the mind, body, and spirit.

The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your experience. 

The event will begin at 7:30pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. I will need to lock the door for safety purposes at 7:30pm.
