Join me and let's create a cozy space where you can work on feeling better. I'll be playing some soothing sounds using different instruments to help you relax and let go of any stress or tension. Before we start, I'll guide you through a simple meditation to help clear your mind. It's all about giving yourself some TLC and finding your inner calm. So, kick back, relax, and let those soothing sounds work their magic on you.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

The event will begin at 7:45pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. I will need to lock the door at 7:45pm. And, yes, there is plenty of parking.

**We will be located in the yoga room of the Entelechea Wellness Center on the left side after you walk into the building through the gift shop.
