Our minds are very powerful and what we tell ourselves has such a huge impact on the outcome of our lives.

We are our own worst critics at times and we deserve better. 

In this guided meditation, we will release negativities about ourselves so we can come out of it feeling lighter and have a more positive outlook on whatever situation we are in in our lives. And we will finish it with a short sound meditation to move along any energies that still may be stuck and need to pass through.

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort.

The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you a pillow or cushion to sit on, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

The guided meditation will begin at 6pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
