Book your private session with Lital for a customized Chakra Balancing and Alignment session. In these sessions she will use a combination of oracle cards, crystal singing bowls, reiki, pendulum, and whatever other tools necessary to help you to feel more balanced and to help the energy flow more freely.

Sound vibrations have been proven to travel quickest through water and since our bodies are about 70% water, the best healing that can be done is when we are relaxing with high vibrational music. I use the crystal bowls and other instruments to create sound frequencies that will travel through your body to help remove any blockages of stuck energy that could be causing you emotional or physical discomfort.
The crystal bowls have also shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety & stress, and bring you into an overall state of calm.

What you need to bring: Please bring with you your water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your experience.
