A Chakra Balancing Workshop for beginners or anyone wanting to learn more or needs a refresh. Learn about these 7 energy centers that course through our bodies so you can better understand yourself and the best ways to live in perfect harmony & balance.

We then will guide you through a Chakra Balancing Guided Meditation Sound Bath where the sounds of each instrument will directly effect each chakra. Instruments like the crystal bowls, gong, buffalo drum, chimes, and so much more.

Learn about YOUR chakras and the best way to balance what is out of alignment for YOU! Because this is not a one size fits all. We are all different and beautifully complex.

Each ticket purchase comes with a 7 crystal chakra set (A $25 value). We will show you how to lay these crystals on your body right before the sound meditation begins. What you need to bring: Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, journal or notebook, crystals, great vibes and great intentions, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey.

**Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. We will begin the event at 6pm.
